Hello everyone. I'm a mother of 2 from Texas. I am trying to work on eating healthier and losing about 17 lbs. I suck at trying to find the right foods to eat on a daily basis and always find myself eating something I shouldn't which back tracks me. So any tips on meal plans would be greatly appreciated. Look forward to meeting and hearing yall's story.
