Hi my name is Lori, and I go by riverbaby67, since I live by the beautiful Ohio river. I love my river yet I love water period. I am on a new journey in my life to become a healthier me and hopefully better myself in the long run. So with that said I am a diabetic so dieting is a challenge as in I don't get hungry much and I don't really care or watch much of what I eat at least I didn't cause I thought if I wasn't eating I could lose well I know that's wrong now so here I am looking for those of you whom have been in my shoes and asking you for tips on how to get this going right. I am also looking into the gastric sleeve surgery but want to give this a try and let it help me in my journey. I am also looking forward to meeting new friends and sharing our journey as we go forward in this weight loss road of life. Hi to everyone and good luck in this adventure we are taking....
