Working Out your Fav Body Part

Ok you all out there, so I wanted to know what's your Favorite body part to workout, what movements do you do, intensity-wise, high/low etc? It can be anything from crossfit training, running, weightlifting etc.
I used to run very often, like 3 times a day 5 times a week until I messed my lower back and knees up during a few Spartan races. So for the past 3 mons I've been lifting and so far I am so loving Working out my Delts. Rear, Lateral, and Front I typically kill em 2x a wk, 3 to 5 diff workout forms heavy the light burnouts.
How about you all? What do you all like to do?

High intensity, high repetition, with hair pulling.5

I don't do body part splits and tend towards full body programming and compound movements.
My favorite lifts are Olympic lifts...cleans and jerks and snatches.2 -

Russian twists with a 20lbs Kettlebell! 3 sets x 12
Makes me feel like I've really worked out1 -

Where to even begin.
I guess I'll just play it safe and say forearms
Now I have to clean up all that water I spit out reading that...1 -
Pull ups.. I love pull ups!1

Stiff legged deadlifts with either barbells or dumbells. I feel like this is one of the few exercises where I have naturally good form. Trainer says I make them look effortless, even though I'm working hard! I also like that they work your abs (when you pull up), legs and butt (all trouble zones).
I also like leg lifts because I've gotten so much better at them, plus they work a big trouble zone (lower abs).
Love single leg presses because I feel it all in my butt the next day -- shows that it works.
So basically anything that works abs and butt.
