JUNK FOOD CHALLENGE 2017

Hey everyone,
I'm starting a junk food challenge for myself this year! I plan to eat only 1 item of junk food a day for February. Decreasing it to 1 item every other in March, 1 every 3 days in April and just 1 treat a week in May. Let me know if you'd like to join me :)

    My junk foods are not so much candy, soda post or chips, they're more like cookies and donuts etc..A big part of it is pastries I guess lol

    To answer your question sober82, mine are generally chips, sweets, or anything higher in unhealthy fats than any other nutrients. Yesterday I had a handful of plain potato chips as a treat. Today I had an Oreo cookie, tomorrow I am planning on having a cream cheese bagel :)
