Or maybe not???
So when I run, I normally do sprints in 30 second intervals.. 30 on, 30 off.. After about 15 minutes, I get pretty exhausted and need to rest for a few minutes about half-way through before continuing with the rest of the workout. Sometimes it's up to 3-5 minutes.
I use Endomondo with the Wahoo HRM so that it will feed directly into MFP, and when resting, I'm not sure whether I should pause the app or just let it run. Which would give the more accurate calorie burn count? Sometimes I do pause it and sometimes I let it run, and I've noticed a difference of up to 50 calories.
