I'm starting up a squat squad. Focusing on booty Gains and legs. I plan to do air squats for a week before we progress to weights. Add me! So we can motivate each other! I post vids, diets, and routines to try at home. Join me on my new journey?

You should check out strong curves and do one of those programs or at least do more than just squats if you want booty gains.

My booty Maximize fitness plan is working excellent! I'm so shocked that I have results so fast! But I will take note of the plan you just named

Look into Strong Curves, Thinner Leaner Stronger, or maybe StrongLifts5x5.
You need to be doing more than just squats or you can end up with a lot of imbalances.
But I give you props for including squats. Most people are too lazy to do the work.

I don't know what you mean by "working excellent" and "results so fast" since you just opened your account this week.
The best you can hope for is around 12 weeks / 3 months at a time.

Air squats are fine for a cool down or maybe a warm up but it will not give you much in the way of results.

You need progressive overload (adding weight) or you will not be doing much more than developing endurance.

Working excellent and fast results meaning that I took a picture the first day doing squats and then took pics on my forth day. My legs and butt have expanded and I'm also seeing definition in both. It may be because I'm only 85 pounds. And I'm drinking protein shakes. But the fitness plan I'm following works in 30 days not 2-4 months as you were talking about... Air squats are only for the beginning 7 days of fitness. Progression weights on the eighth day. Believe it or not, everyone's body is not the same. A plan that may work for you, may not work for me and vice versa. I've been doing squats and dumbbell pull ups for only 7 days! And my results are undeniable!
