30 day challenge

Ok so from today i am starting a 30 day challenge. I have got a family wedding to go to the the outifit i'm wearing in quite revealing of the tummy area and seeing as this is one of my trouble area's. My goal for 30 days is to lose 7 pounds but anyone is welcome to join me with their own goals. :)

Here are some of my rules:

No chocolate
No crisps
No bread
No fizzy drinks
No alcohol
Exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week
Drink a glass of water before every meal
Drink at least 1 litre of water a day
