Both hit stratosphere when marriage fell apart resulting in separation two years ago, (now divorced).

July last year (2016) I decided to try to sort my life. I came back to MFP which I'd used to shed my honeymoon weight. Didn't know then about the community. This time I'm 17kg down - half the time it took to lose 12kg then. No specific weight in mind but about another 10kg to go. Much more but fighting the big black dog at the moment. I know others here understand that.

Not writing this to collect friends - if you don't have a good patter in your message then you better be UK with open diary! (which is auto-welcome). Bonus points to UK runners in SE,
