Trouble spots: tummy area

So I've lost over 20 lbs but still have the tummy flab and some ab separation from being pregnant. Any workout videos recommend to tone (or specific exercise tips) tia! And feel free to add me

    Unfortunately it's not possible to spot reduce (selectively target where we lose fat). Your calorie deficit will be the biggest driver of fat loss. The midsection is often the last place fat comes off, so stick with it and keep working, you'll get there eventually.
