I am new at the gym and have been wondering what do your routines look like how much do you run? I am tryng to get down to 165 abd then tone and gain muscle how about you guys would love to hear your answers

You need to first maintain a deficit to cut fat then run a surplus to build up your muscle mass. And then the above post for programs1
