You know those days where all you wanna do it shovel food in your mouth... today's one of those days. Yay veggies for allowing me to mindlessly eat without causing too much damage.

If that works for you, great. If it doesn't and the behavior and thinking just feeds on itself, try to calm down through other means than eating, and eat any food you like, but mindfully.0

That's the place to start - not the eating. Tackle the emotions themselves.

Rather than mindlessly eating, why not find something else that you can do mindlessly? Go for a walk. Take up a hobby. Focus your energy on doing something beneficial instead of something destructive.0
