Thinking of buying from H&B Acidophilus, what do you take or suggest?

I ferment my own. More diverse strains of probiotics, really inexpensive, and delicious. Right now, I'm making water kefir (a low-sugar soda), curry cauliflower pickles, carrot pickles, and homemade yogurt.

Learning to lactoferment vegetables is super easy. It's just veggies, salt, filtered water, time, and a sense of adventure.

I take Floragen. It's not the one my doctor suggested but it's a bit cheaper. I keep forgetting to take it...At first I was only taking it with antibiotics but I have bad GI issues so figured it can't hurt to just continue.

OptiBac have a range for 10 different situations including ones which are helpful to those with histamine issues. Using several of their products after historic antibiotic use, have done wonders for me. I used to react to foods perfumes, even laundry residue making going out next to impossible but last night I needed to visit the local A and E and was able to be there for 4 hours, with no personal ill effects. I felt normal human, all well now with family member too. Victory x two.

I started taking Digestive Advantage gummies, and I'm sold. I have long suffered from sweet cravings and bingeing on sweets and junk food. On day three, my craving for sweets disappeared. I haven't craved or eaten sweets or processed junk food since. A word of advice, if you decide to take probiotics, introduce them to your system s-l-o-w-l-y. I learned this the hard way by having just about every possible side effect--painful gas, diarrhea, terribly itchy skin and mouth sores. My brand says take two per day. One every other day is plenty for me.
