Goal - Lose Weight the Healthy Way

I'm trying to get back in my healthy habit "groove". Last summer I had lost down to 152lbs. Now after the holidays, I'm back up to 175. I had been doing great by staying away from the sugar stuff. I ate steamed spinach for breakfast this morning, drinking the water and working on a goal of 10,000 steps a day. I am feeling better already! Wish me luck!
