    The problem I had with app ab workouts is they kept getting longer. I ended up with my own morning routine that was 16 minutes long. leg lift, side plank, front plank, side plank 30 seconds on with a 30 second rest and repeat. And yes to six pack & low body fat %. You need to be below 15% to start seeing abs from my experience.
