Anyone know more about carb cycling?

Trying to lose those last stubborn pounds, and tone up/gain some muscle at the same time. Would love some advice!

    Sure, carb cycling. You have 3 low carbs days followed by 2 high carbs days(on your heavy training da ys) lets say 220 is the highest intake of carbs from good source. You need to decide what your intake is. Best to write a journal to keep track or write it on MFP.

    Day-1: 160 grams
    Day-2: 100 grams
    Day-3: 60 grams
    Day-4: 135 grams
    Day-5: 220 grams

    Do that and eventually you will reach a plateue. If that happens you can have another high carb day or have a cheat meal.
