Recommendations on healthy high-calorie foods?

I'm looking to up my calorie intake. I've just started the food tracking piece of myfitnesspal back-up and I'm sure I don't get anywhere near what I think I need to make the modest lean mass gains I'm looking for. My aim is roughly 3800 calories a day. I would appreciate any recommendations on healthy, easy-to-make or buy, high-calorie foods or snacks to up my intake. Thanks!

Try adding/increasing avocado, olive oil, nuts, nut butters, fish oil, chia, full fat Greek yoghurt. They are all high calorie, nutritionally dense foods that are easy to incorporate.1
