How much water do you drink on a daily basis and what is your weight loss/maintenance/muscle growth like so far?

Personally, I would just go by how you feel, any dietary or social restrictions (personally, I stop trying to drinking too much by 7), and this chart.

Not enough.. and I should because I'm nursing.. ahh well.. bad bad. Does coffee count? ;) I usually drink when I'm thirsty..which tends to be in the middle of the night. I don't think my water consumption has affected my progress

12-18, depending how thirsty/hungry I feel. My weight is "okay". My pee is light yellowish.

I honestly drink about 2 large glasses of water each day. The rest is mostly tea, a calorie free energy drink, and sometimes a diet soda. I also eat vegetables, fruit, and soup - all that contain water. I am losing weight at a good clip.

I don't know the exact numbers but I drink a lot of water. Well over whatever arbitrary rule people throw out (8 eight oz glasses, etc.)

My weight loss is fine. When I've worked on maintenance it has been fine. I haven't really spent extended time over maintenance so I can't comment on that. But my muscle growth has been fine too.

2 to 15. My thirst varies by temperature and activity plus what I eat/drink.

Don't use glasses but I drink 2x my 600ml bottle a day in water plus a coffee in the morning and a peppermint tea before bed. And I'm afraid that chart above is of no use to me because my landlord chose the most glorious shade of avocado for the bathroom suite including the toilet!! But I feel pretty good when I drink that much, headachey if I drink less and nauseous if I drink way more. Listen to your body and use common sense with what you know is a normal amount to drink I'd say.

Honestly, probably way too much. I have a 32oz insulated mug that is by my side day and night. I fill it up first thing in the a.m., to the tippy top with ice, then to the top with water (maybe 16 oz of water). It gets drunk and refilled by 9am. Refilled again at 11am, with more ice and water. Refilled again during lunch. Refilled 2-3 times during the afternoon. Refilled twice by dinnertime, and once more before bed. If we assume that each refill is 16oz, that would be 160oz (at the least). Overkill? Probably. But it keeps me from drinking other beverages like soda!

I drink when I'm thirsty and don't keep track. I have lost 49 pounds since September and I think my muscles are coming along nicely. Pretty sure that is 100% diet and exercise though.
