Question about new exercise to try

Hi MFP peeps,
I have started to think about my exercise routine for after our summer holiday now that my fitness is starting to improve (long way to go but making progress!). At the moment I use the treadmill for walking uphill 3-4 times a week for about 40 minutes, but would like a bit of variety now.
Just wondered if anyone has tried any of Jillian Michaels DVD's other than the 30DS? I was going to try that one but now think I would like to try a fat burning one first, then move onto 30DS later as still got about 30lbs to lose.
Has anyone tried 'Banish fat, boost metabolism' or 'No more trouble zones'?
Have also been thinking about trying Zumba DVD's or doing the C25K app. Just not sure which to go with :-)
Thoughts anyone?
Any insights greatly received
Thx :flowerforyou:

What I do, is make an appointment with a trainer in my gym and see for a good workout routine change. Just came from my gym appointment this morning and I'll change from treadmill and stationary bike to elliptical and recumbent bike for a while for my cardio. I keep the swimming though, my fav. I work out 3-4 times a week; normally do 30 minutes of cardio and I also do strenghth exercises.0
