Hey. Just signed up. I had a bad doctor visit last week that really put my life into perspective. After bloodwork, my doctor told me my colesterol was very high. He seemed concerned. Gave me a few tips on foods to cut out of my diet completely as well as advice to become more active. For the past year I've been eating alot of dirty take out(pizza and greasy subs mostly) +2x per week. I have been eating super unhealthy, so, I've signed up at a local gym with my gf and changed my diet completely. I was vegitarian for 10 years, and was always healthy enough so I've decided to slowly get into that again, but still eating small amounts of chicken and fish for now. My doctor advised me to cut out bread and pasta completely as well as white rice, cheese, and potatoes. If anyone has any advice on foods to eat that can help with my colesterol problem, I'm all ears.
