Doing Orange Theory on your own?

I like the Orange Theory idea. I can see that it would be much easier with a monitor and a coach to guide you. Is it possible to do at home though? In theory it seems like it is, but having done it I'm not sure.

I could theoretically imitate a lot of the things I do in my group workouts on my own. Doing it is another story. That being said I think you could definitely do an interval, resistance workout at home. I would just write something out, exercises, timing, etc., ahead of time.1
