Having a goal

I like goals and have always been motivated by this. Since having my baby and being tired I was lost by lack of sleep and just trying to look after my little one as he was premature and so tiny. In last 4 months I have set myself a goal to loose weight and fit back into my jeans I loved to wear. My motivation is doing exercise each morning after feeding the dog at 6.30am and then focusing on my well being, a bit of me time. Then by 7.45 I drink my ginger and lemon tea and wait 29 mins before having my breakfast. I am sticking to my three meals a day and started a multigrain diet. I love chocolate but have steered away from it from the last month. If I snack it's on raw carrots and pretzels or my protein bar. Fluid in take very important of water and green tea.
