having a hard time

Having a hard time staying motivated when exercise causes extreme pain in my shoulder/back area (I fell 3 weeks ago in the ice, twice in one week, doc thinks its deep muscle issues and could take another 3-4 weeks to feel better) and eating makes my stomach hurt, not sure if my acid relux is kicking up or if I am having gall bladder issues, I have added some fiber to my diet, but am drinking a ton of water and am very regular, so I don't think its fiber. I have lost 14 lbs in 3 weeks, so at least I have that, but I just want to be out of pain!

Definitely don't push through the pain. Take it slow. I've had a broken shoulder, torn ligament, gallbladder issues and septic shock all pretty recently. Take it easy and slow.

I'm with Megan on the stomach thing. Check with your doc.

I did...I am a dental assistant and a community health center, so I have docs right next to me. I started my acid reflux meds again so we are going to give them a week, if nothing changes we will look elsewhere

I wouldn't exercise then, give your body some time to recover. It's frustrating I know, I'm on recovery from surgery and it's driving me nuts.
