This is my third time installing this app. Not because i have change phone. Its because after a few months this app will stay dormant in my phone and I will hate myself everytime i see my weight graph steadily inclining. This time I'm determined to see this through. Set it down..grind it. The process is slow but quitting doesnt speed it up. For all who struggle like me..dont give up. This is my third time and if i give up again...i will dust myself off and try the fourth time. Good luck on our journey to good health.
