Roughly 193lbs 5" 10. Maybe 14% bf. 24 years old. Attempting to gain muscle whilst burning fat. Recomposition. Should be interesting. Ate a slight deficit today for calories. Training tomorrow. Trying to optimize testosterone and HGH levels within reason. Lean up to approximately 185 by May/June
