Any other vegans following RT4, HCLF, or Starch Solution with some favorite recipes?
I'm especially looking for a good beans recipe (black bean brownies) or something with garbanzo beans.

    What is RT4? I am adopting a more starch centre diet as per McDougall's starch solution. I find let of my recipes via Google searches. Too bad we can't also share our recipes via mfp, in addition to our food diaries.
