    If that works for you.

You just have to see if it works for you. Do it for a couple of months and reassess.

I personally weigh every day (but I don't expect progrsss every day!). This gives me more data points. If I weigh every day I have he maximum information about my current weight, trends (hopefully downwards), and fluctuations. By looking at all this I get a sense for what's going on in my body that's very helpful.
On the other hand I used to weigh obsessively, and get really torn up about "gaining" a few pounds. If that's you I'd definitely weigh every week or two instead.

Doing what it best for you is the important thing.

You just have to be mindful that you may hit a high day one week which makes you think you've made no progress. The frustration can be as real as weighing every day. In either case you have to watch for longer term trends.

I could see that working for you. One disadvantage is that if something is off, such as under-estimating calories, you won't catch it quite as fast.

I weigh once a week so it becomes a habit rather than something I plan. I don't weigh daily because I don't care about fluctuations. Bi-weekly is okay, but its just that much more you have to lose if you gain weight during that time.
