Have a look at this link?

Has your consultant given you any advice- are you getting any after support?

I feel like you should mostly be speaking to your doctor about this...but, 2000 calories per day isn't that much and even after a considerable amount of protein, the fat and sugar intake to help hit your calorie goal really isn't that much. How much is "too much" for you, in grams?

Hi alang18. Honestly, yours is a very particular and difficult issue. I would suggest talking with your doctor or a nutrition professional. You say you aren't allowed many sugars or fats. Can you say exactly how much? Percentage or grams...

Sorry that link I posted doesn't seem to be working.
From what I understand, you may have problems with feeling full quickly and with dumping syndrome (which I can empathise with as I had that for a while after my gallbladder removal) meaning that too much fat will give you diarrhoea.
You might need to drink your calories and use low sugar/fat protein shakes but I agree you need the support of your doctor and a dietician who is qualified to work with post surgery patients.
