Hello I'm looking for some fun, determined, and passionate friends. Friends that would like to inspire, motivate and hold each other accountable as we get these goals. I currently weigh 172. My heaviest weight was 220 and my lowest weight was 167. Still trying to reach my goal weight of 160. I'm thinking about doing 20/30 fast track in the next few weeks...please send FR and I will add you! This is my first time on MFP but I use to use calorie count and they're shutting that app down soon. So I decided to start over on here. I'm 42 and I've lost 50 lbs, but recently have gained a few pounds. All I know to do is never give up and to keep going!!

Hi your figures seem very similar to mine. I was 224lbs and now 167lbs with 57lbs lost. Looking to get down to 126lbs or close by the new year. Been this weight for some time now because I haven't been on it but it's time to start again. I gain sooo easier in the winter because I just want food all the time lol. I'll add you xx0
