50kg lost, 50kg to go....struggling

Hi... so, I have lost just about 50kg (49.8 to be precise...) since beginning of August. And I couldn't be happier. But I am having a major downer at the thought that I have essentially the same amount to loose again. Maybe a tad less, maybe 45kg but close to 50kg anyway. And it's killing me. It's like I've hit a mental wall!
I'm so happy with the changes to my body. Have dropped from 368lbs to 256. But still... to be healthy I need to keep going.

So any tips from big losers to get over this hump and get going again? Or just general tips? Maybe switching it around a bit, trying something different. And just working on CICO at the moment. So anything that's helped you. Really struggling. Could just cry at the thought of doing it all again.

I lost 150. It's a long road, so you can't really "afford" to think much about what lies ahead. My trainer would not let me talk about the long road ahead. You just have to focus on the next goal, one day, one step at a time. I always keep multiple goals in weight, fitness, recipes, etc. I logb everything in a journal including pics & posi t I've comments from others. If I feel discouraged I like to look back through my Journal & be reminded of how far I've come. Your progress in the 2nd half of your journey will be even more stunning, especially if you're working on fitness too. Keep it going!
