February Walking Challenge

Hey folks! It has been raining and flooding here in Napa Valley so to be quite honest walking has not been on my to do list because apparently in NorCal heavy rains bring dangerous conditions! Seems like paradise to me growing up in the blizzard weather of Buffalo!
I have also been working 40hrs a week (this is where I get my Walking in!) conference season has started as of today and we are going to be busy! As with most of my ups and downs of health and wellness I have realized a huge DROP in appetite, and been finding it hard to eat correctly and if I do it's not nearly as much as I should. And bOY I have noticed! My mornings are pretty brutal but I am trying.
I have noticed that I need this group though! It was quite apparent a lot of my successful tracking and basic mental wellness comes from having something to check into! So here we are almost mid February- I would like to officially apologize for the slack and welcome you guys to keep walking and motivating with me!

Hi! I'm about 9 days late but I'd still love to join in! I work 4 hours a day/6 days a week then come home to my husband & 3 children (ages: 5, 4, & 2 months). I'd love to run & stay active but I'm always so busy & i have this bad habit of using that as an excuse to forfeit working out everyday. After my second child my weight got out of control upwards of 300lbs! I am currently down to 225 after having my third & a size 16 jean!! I am so proud but still want to lose about 50lbs more. (I have an overwhelming desire to wear a bikini this summer LOL but my stomach & my thighs are my major obstacle). I'd enjoy hearing from you & maybe what your goals are for walking this month!0

I'd like to join the walking challenge with a group. Maybe this will make a difference. I tend to start then slack off. I'm so disgusted with my weight. I need to do something and I need help from friends. CES60togo0
