New to MFP

Hello all, just started with MFP about 2 weeks ago to track my caloric intake. I was a personal trainer/bodybuilder a lifetime ago... After a car accident I suffered several injuries, gained weight, lost motivation, & was on pain meds for chronic pain. Finally decided that I needed to get healthy & deal with pain in a different way.
Started training again November 21, 2016 at 246lbs & around 30% bf and am now 227lbs 19% bf. My goal is 205lbs 8 - 10% bf before I have to have another surgury on my arm in May so I'll be able to rehab quickly.
Figured a community of people trying to lose weight, build muscle & get healthy might be helpful so feel free to FR me if you'd like.
