Tired of holding my stomach in!

Over the last 5 or so years I have become heavier and heavier...from 56kg to almost 70kg! Aaarrgghh! Needless to say I feel I've let myself down but now doing away with negative self-talk and it's time for action!!
I'm really looking forward to a holiday in June this year and would like to reach that magical 56 on the scale but even more importantly, to feel strong, fit and healthy AND to not be walking about all day sucking in my stomach!!
I'm back on the wagon :p

    I look forward to the day I can suck my stomach in again, still too big at the moment, lol

    I agree with Theo166. Hopefully soon. We all have different struggles. You can do it!

    A friend of mine suggested that I do what she does....a diet and exercise plan by Kim Beach...it cost her $100 so of course she feels she should get value for money and follow the plan to the letter. When I looked at it, I thought "yea, I should do that too and then I'll look like her" (who looks amazing!). Then it turns out, my friend spends all her time working out doing CrossFit and Powerlifting, then eating chicken breast and brown rice every meal!! Luckily, I aired my thoughts on a blog thingy here and a few sensible people pointed out that I'm way better off sticking to what food suits me and logging it here to keep me on track. Phew,,,nearly got sucked in to a glossy looking, expensive "plan".
    Thanks to you guys for your support, its really appreciated!
