Hello all! I am going to start the lifestyle change. Not only exercising but also diet changes. It would be great to get to know some people who have done it or who are doing it, so we can advise and keep each other going strong!

    Hey there! I'm new to this too! I am taking phentermine to help curb my appetite and retrain my pAllet and I'm doing something every day of the week. Weight lifting 3x a week, and I fight the other two. Weekends are for hiking and adventure! I wish you luck on your journey, too!

    hello ... I have been here since a month...... in the same pursuit. Trying to diet and exercise.... Hve managed to lose 2 kgs.
