About 4 years ago now I stopped playing basketball and just didn't care what I ate. I was in college and just wanted to have fun and had no motivation to workout. I barely did my homework I was so lazy and unmotivated. Fast forward 2 years...I noticed I had gotten big, bigger than I ever have...and then I stepped on a scale and my heart dropped. How/why would I become so unhealthy and not realize it sooner!? I tried all kinds of things, the gym, running, weights, yoga...but nothing seemed to stick for more than a week. I'd get unmotivated again and my eating sucked and I'd just give up. A year went by of me going back and forth between about 5lbs. It was my hump....and I just couldn't find a way to get over it. Now I think I may have!! I started a product called Thrive and it has given me the extra energy and patience I've needed. I even started about my T25 again!! (No I am not trying to sell these products to you!) T25 kicks my butt. And it's only been 2 weeks but so far I've stayed consistent and am feeling amazing! So I decided to get this app again because I would like more motivation and support. And I need to eat healthier to keep losing the weight. I know it's not about just the workouts. It's also (mainly) what you are putting into your body. So if you've read this far please feel free to share your story and add me!!

I have been struggling to lose weight off and on now for about 3 to 4 years. I will lose 35 to 40 pounds and then get lazy and lose my motivation to workout and watch what I eat and then put it all right back on again. That is exactly what I did last winter lost 40 pounds and over summer got lazy and put 25 of it back on. So now I am on a journey to lose that 25 and hopefully a whole lot more, so far I have lost around 15 pounds.

Awesome!! When you "diet" do you restrict yourself from having foods you like all the time?
