Anyone 40+ in the northwest of England?

I've been stuck at the same weight for the last month or so, only need to lose 7lb but after 4 children I really need to tone up, I do a lot of walking with the pram but my weight isn't shifting so could do with some motivational friends.
P.s. I'm 42, 5ft 1
