For the first time I decided to start exercising and losing some weight.
I am 38 years old, I weigh 176 lb, my height is 70 inch and my plan is the following: to reach the 163 lb in the shortest time, consuming 600 calories daily, distributed by small and healthy meals throughout the day. In addition, I started a 1 hour daily workout in the gym, with cardio and some light weight training.
At the same time, I stopped smoking and it's been five days without touching a cigarette!
All the help and encouragement is welcome! So if you want, add me and together we will stay fit and healthy!
