    Cheese was the worst revelation for me (I grate mine now so a serving looks like more!), but I've heard many people complain about peanut butter too!

    Would i do both cardio and weight training the same day?

    I found when I tried to do both cardio and weights in the same session both suffered.

    Now, on my weight lifting days, I often do cardio at lunchtime and go to the gym at night.

    I like to break them up to different days, but I weight train for a full hour plus warm up and stretching so anything more than that in 1 day is a bit excessive.
