I been trying to eat small portions but I don't get full. Any suggestions

    Protein, fat and fiber are all 3 things that will help to make you feel full. You could consume 200 calories of several different foods and they might all make you feel different levels of satisfied depending on what those 200 calories consist of. I would look at the nutrient content of everything you're eating and go from there.

    I pick foods that give me a lot of volume. I eat dinner off a serving platter because it doesn't fit on a dinner plate. I choose loads of vegies over a small serving of pasta, I choose "edible fats" (things that provide bulk, like avo) instead of say, cooking in fat or adding oil. I make sure to get sufficient protein too.... That helps me a lot with satiety.
