No longer losing weight...staying steady.

Hi. I've been staying steady around my weight for the last few weeks. I was told by my fitness trainer that I was under eating so now I've been eating more (eating more of work out calories back) and I seem to be staying at the same weight and possibly even gaining a little. Please tell me your thoughts. My diary is open. I have a scale and use it although there are times that I do not use it and just guesstimate. I also just started using an apple watch to track my workouts.

I'm guessing that by 'few' you mean 2-3? A 2-3 week stall is not necessarily reason for concern, but based on what you've said it would not hurt to improve logging accuracy.0
