Exercises you can do at home?

Hi all,

I'm a stay at home mom, and I typically go to the gym 5 days a week, but in two weeks I'm going to start potty training my daughter so I'm kind of going to be on house arrest. So even though I can't get to the gym I don't want to just not exercise for the week and lose progress. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any good websites for at home exercises? Unfortunately I don't really have any equipment at home either
Thanks in advance!!

You may want to consider Yoga video's on those days. There is an app called FitStar Yoga that is pretty good.

    YouTube has tons of videos

I like Jessica Smith TV. Fitness Blender is popular.

If you've got Amazon Prime (or can do a 30 day trial) they've got loads of HIIT/Cardio/Workout videos you can watch as part of your membership.

Good luck with potty training - we've put 3 boys through it and come out fairly unscathed!

Don't neglect strongfirst (they got the best stuff in the divorce with Dragon door)

Haha, thanks. We did our son about a year ago and he was tough, our daughter is more easy going so I'm hoping it won't be as traumatizing this time

I have just purchased some resistance bands and dumbbells for strength training at home. Loving the resistance bands. Others have given some great ideas for cardiovascular.
