What is high in protien and low in carbs?? Please im new here. Im losing the weight but seeing i need more protein and low carbs. Please. Thanks!

You probably don't need low carbs (unless you have medical issues) but meeting protein goals is important.
Protein sources - lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, lentils, legumes, quinoa, and nuts.0
