Food Help!

What is high in protien and low in carbs?? Please im new here. Im losing the weight but seeing i need more protein and low carbs. Please. Thanks!

    Chicken, cottage cheese, protein shakes or bars.

    You probably don't need low carbs (unless you have medical issues) but meeting protein goals is important.

    Protein sources - lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, lentils, legumes, quinoa, and nuts.
