Too Much Snacking

Hello everyone! My name is John, I've been on this site for a while and have had up-and-down success in my fitness goals, but am going through a down portion right now, so I decided to try to jump into the community a bit more.

I'm pretty good at getting to the gym in the mornings, but I eat far too many sweets and snacks during the day at work, especially when I'm stressed. I'm hoping to get a better handle on my cravings and cut out the unnecessary treats. I'd like to meet some people who also need similar help in terms of accountability and I hope I can help you, too!     I have a hard time with snacks so I don't purchase them. But when I do, watch out. Lol
