Newbie

Hi ya all! I am new to this site. It very similar to Weight watchers online. I have 20 lbs to lose, it may not seem like much but as I am getting older, soon to be 52 it seems to be harder to lose weight. Any suggestions? I hear about protein drinks and shakes, do they work? Yes I do exercise. Now working on portion control. Have a good day everyone!

    Protein shakes are yummy and give you a boost of protein, which you want when exercising. So yeah they work in a sense that they're filling, gives a boost of protein, and is good post workout.
