Yeah haha it's never too late. My first is 3 and half and 2nd is 5 months old but I really need my pre baby body back

I'm in the same boat! My oldest is 4 years old, and I put on 50# with baby #2. He's already 11 months, and my weight hasn't changed. I'm finally motivated to lose weight!
