Hello Moms
I have been wondering why we dont get to have our calories lost daily from breast feeding/ pumping deducted from our calories for the day because it is a form of exercise too right? I need to know how that works because i get weak and wasted after every pump.

You can add it as an exercise or as a negative calorie food entry :-)
For an exclusively breastfed baby it is usually recommended to add 500 calories, but it depends on the age of your baby.2 -
