So, I am out to lunch today at a local cafe so I wanted to pre-log this. Have you seen how much the calories vary! Obviously I understand how they can - size of potato, portion size of beans & of the highly calorific cheese plus whether it's full sugar beans and full fat cheese or not - but when it's from a cafe so you can't weigh the ingredients, what a minefield to try and guess! t7f3hqb0tty4.png

Estimate each ingredient separately. Add in oil or butter - whatever you think is also contributing to the dish.

No idea.... But I ate that nearly every night for dinner for a couple of years when I was in primary school. So good!

From a cafe it's probably lower in calories than how I made it at home. - loads of butter and cheese! Beans aren't actuality that high in calories and they only give you a stingy amount.
