Losing Weight When You are Already Fit..

Hello there, I was hoping you all might have some suggestions for me. I used myfitnesspal to get in shape before-I ate less carbs, tracked what I ate and made better food choices. Then I started a new job and gained a good portion of the weight back. I am a pretty physically fit person (regular gym goer doing my cardio and strength training) and I eat healthy (most of my diet is fruits, veggies, protein shakes, and lean meats). I want to lose the weight again but I'm just not sure where to start so I was hoping other people might have some insight.
Thanks!!

This^^^^^^^^^^^ If you don't have much to lose, say 20lbs, it will take longer. Set MFP to lose .5lbs a week and be exact with your logging.

I am also active, a runner and hiker. However there are times when the sugary treats become more and more frequent, when I'm eating out more or drinking more beer, and the weight creeps back. Logging everything I eat makes me more aware of the choices I'm making. By trying to stick to a limit, I do eat less and the weight comes off.

Put your stats into MFP and enter .5 or 1 lb. a week as your goal. That gives you your calorie goal. I eat back some of my exercise calories, but not necessarily all. I understand the program tends to overstate the calorie burn, though it has been pretty accurate for me with just running and walking.
