The Drop 10 Workout, anyone?

I am on day 3 of this Drop 10 workout; they say you can lose 10 pounds if you do this series of workouts each day for 2 weeks; here is a link: http://workoutfitnessmotivation.com/image/37050318148

Not sure if this is really just a fad and dont know how it is possible to lose that much weight from this workout. It doesn't last very long and the most I have burnt from it was 65 calories according to my HRM. I work up quite a sweat, too. Is this a waste of time/has it worked for anyone/is anyone trying it?
