My nutritionist recommended this app, and so far it is great! I started living a healthier lifestyle back in January, and I lost 6 lbs. To keep the momentum going, the food diary is my new best friend. Today is my fifth day of logging on to hold myself accountable on this app. As of my last dr appt on Monday, I was 260 lbs...yuck. I will keep working toward my healthy lifestyle goal to lose the weight and gain my life back. Good luck everyone!!!

Get patient. Be persistent. That 6 lb loss will turn into a 60 lb loss and then a 130 lb loss, but it just takes time.0
