I finally got a food scale and it helps a lot. What would you use for a sweet potatoe in G or in lb/oz. Want to make sure to use it right.

Weigh and log in grams, using the appropriate food item depending on whether you weighed it raw or cooked.
Search for "sweet potato raw" and use...
Sweet potato, raw, unprepared
Or search for "sweet potato cooked skin" and use...
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, flesh, with salt
Sweet potato, cooked, boiled, without skin
